DisplayLink @ 1080i
I have the following problem. I use the EVGA UV PLUS+ 19 usb grafikcard. When I connect it to the pc over usb all supported resolutions where shown includeing 1920x1080 when I connect the dvi to the input of my blackmagic-design TVS that only supports 1080i/50 and 720p/50 the DisplayLink Manager dropps 1920x1080 and only shows the 1280x720 resolution. The support from EVGA told me that 1080i is supported. When I connect the EVGA UV PLUS+ 19 to my monitor that supports 1080p everything works fine but I need 1080i.
PC running on XP SP3 USB2.0 DisplayLink software installed: DisplayLink-6.1.36490.exe Has anyone an helping idea! best regards Gerald |

Please post your log files, so we can check if the adapter you have will support this resolution.
Thanks Wim |

Ahhh.. Just re-read your post and can now see the problem. 1080i is not supported. This is an interlaced mode that is actually 1920x540. We don't support interlaced modes so the TV would have to be 1080p, not 1080i for us to support 1920x1080.
