Macbook with Interactive Panel

I have the DisplayLink INC007 with my Macbook M1, Dell monitor and ClearTouch interactive panel. I have everything working for the display side of it. Now I'm looking for assistance on how to get the interactive part of this to work. Has anyone had a set up like this? I'm in a school district and they are looking to install this set up in the new freshman center next year.
Any and all advice and suggestions are welcome, please.
