Unhappy No DisplayLink-Enabled Display Detected - Dell S2421HN Monitors

Hello Forum Friends!

I am trying to set up my wife's 2020 M1 MacBook to two Dell S2421HN monitors, This is my first time trying to use DisplayLink for anything, so I am new to the software & application.

I believe I have everything installed and set up correctly. However, my DisplayLink Manager is not recognizing either monitor. These are very basic monitors that my wife got from her former job that they let her keep. Are there certain monitors that just don't work with DisplayLink?

- I ave DisplayLink Manager 1.81 installed and running.
- DisplayLink Manager is enabled to record the screen via the System Settings
- Both monitors are HDMI-only. They are plugged into an OWC USB-C Dual HDMI Adapter via HDMI cables

When I plug the OWC adapter in, I do get the pop-up asking for permission to connect the OWC hub. I click Allow.

If anyone has any advice or additional information I could use, I'd really appreciate it! I'd like to know if I just need to order a different pair of monitors for her.

Thanks so much!
