CGDisplayCreateImageForRect failure

On 10.6, when I call this OS X API, the application crashes in this call. It succeeds for other display adapters. I see this with both versions 1.6 and 1.7b3 of the driver software.

I haven't made any specific test, but Lion could have a fix for this. On Lion it' s possible to get a screenshot of the DL display (this feature was not working on 10.6)
