Hi folks.
I'm struggling real time in connecting 2 external displays with my Macbook. Here are the specs for devices I have but it's not working at all Macbook: 14 inch M3 Pro - OS - Sequoia 1st External Display: BenQ MA320U 32” 4K 3840x2160 Monitor 2nd External Display: Dell 27 4K USB-C Hub Monitor - P2723QE Docking Station: UGREEN Revodok Max 213 Thunderbolt 4 Dock, 13-in-1 40Gbps Docking Station Somehow it's switching between both displays but not connecting to both at the same time. I have checked with a Macbook 16 inch and in that it worked so there's no problem with cables. Please help if there's a way to solve this. |

Hi gsbisen23,
Your docking station is not equipped with DisplayLink technology, so it would be hard for me to help more than to recommend that you contact UGREEN support. Can you confirm that you have a MacBook Pro 14-inch with M3 Pro, or is it a MacBook Pro 14-inch with basic M3 (no Pro)?
