Default Weird times for Wavlink to display monitors?

I'm having a bit of difficulty. I have a Wavlink WL-UG6902H and have two monitors plugged into it. When I plug in my primary Acer monitor, it works sometimes (only when I have it as the only HDMI plugged into my Wavlink). When I plug in the second monitor, the monitor does not recognize or fails to turn on. This consistently happens. Any ideas or drivers I could download to fix this problem?

I would suggest first contacting the manufacturer of your product for support --> https://www.wavlink.com/en_us/contact.html

If Wavlink is unable to assist you, then you can report the issue to DisplayLink directly by following the process outlined here --> https://support.displaylink.com/know...to-displaylink
