Default Black screen in Ubuntu 15.10

Hi.

I have Fujitsu Siemens Lifebook S762 with dock station and DisplayLink device, running Ubuntu Wily (15.10). Official driver finally runs after setup script editing described here. Service displaylink is now up and running, module evdi is loaded, and I can see display connected to DisplayLink in "Displays" section in Unity Control Center. Xrandr also shows this display:

Code:
$ xrandr --listproviders
Providers: number : 2
Provider 0: id: 0x77 cap: 0x9, Source Output, Sink Offload crtcs: 4 outputs: 7 associated providers: 1 name:Intel
Provider 1: id: 0x41 cap: 0x2, Sink Output crtcs: 1 outputs: 1 associated providers: 1 name:modesetting
But display connected to DisplayLink is always dark in any mode and with any settings. What is missed? How can I get DisplayLink working?
