Question UGA-165 USB TO DVI Max resolution of 1600x900

I have a fresh install of Win 10 1909 and I want to set my resolution to 1920x1080 as the max resolution posted in the product specs, but it is not available in the drop down list. The max available is 1600x900. My primary display is an HP LP2465 connected to the video card via DVI. I then have two other identical Lenovo LS2323wA monitors. One is also connected directly to the video card via DVI and the third is connected to the DisplayLink 165 via USB/DVI. The Lenovo monitor that is connected to the video card is automatically set to the recommended 1920x1080. I tried swapping cables and plugs, but nothing changes.

The latest displaylink software is installed and seems to be running properly.
I don't see a displaylink manager service in the list.
The device does appear in the device manager.
The product ID is USB\VID_17E9&PID_0360&REV_0104
I have the latest graphics card drivers and USB drivers.
The problem is constant, and does not change.
The problem was present with older software versions as well.
The adapter is connected directly to the computer via USB cable.

I have attached the support files.
Please help. Thank you.
