Default M2 Macbook Air - UD-ULTC4K - edges cut off

M2 Macbook Air
Ventura 13.2.1
DisplayLink 1.8.0 (Build 63.136)

I have this connected to 2 monitors and 1 tv.
2 monitors Lenovo G27q-20
1 tv LG OLED48CXPUB

Lenovo monitors are perfectly fine, however the tv, which is the main monitor, gets cut off on all edges...I can only see half of the top task bar. I've tried to turn down and up the resolution and nothing seems to show the full screen. I've gone in and tried to find the 'fit to tv' settings on the tv, and while I dont have that exact setting, I am able to zoom in/out and adjust the screen. However, fully zoomed out still cuts off the screen.

Found the issue by changing the input to be PC instead of TV...following this video:
