D6000 Audio Out issues with WIn11

Having issues with my D6000 Dock. I have my Logitech speakers connected to my Dock via the Line Out. Using Win10 and my Samsung Phone When I connect to USBC and Select Dell USB Audio I am able to get audio out. However when I try from Win11 selecting Dell USB Audio the Audio still comes out of my Laptop Internal Speakers. Have tried this on two Win11 devices same behavior's. Tried both Line Out ports (front and back).

I have upgrade the Firmware to the latest A04 and validated that Display Link Drivers are upto date.

Anyone else seen this issue?
