Default Dell Docking Station D3100 w/ Blinking Power LED

I am trying to connect my Dell Inspiron 15 5510 (Windows 10) to the Dell Docking Station D3100 using a cable from the USBin port on the D3100 and the USB-C port on the 5510. I have downloaded the latest driver for the D3100. When I power on the D3100, the Power LED flashes on and off, and the 5510 does not see any of the peripherals connected to the D3100. The D3100 documentation includes three states for the Power LED, 1) Bright white for normal, 2) White for standby, and 3) light off for power off. But no indication as to what a blinking Power LED means. Thoughts? Thanks!

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out!
It would be best to reach out to the manufacturer of your device as issues like these would be supported by them. We support issues with audio, ethernet and external monitors as this is what our chip provides.

Best regards,
Katarzyna
