Default Dell XPS Ubuntu 19.04 Not Booting if D6000 dock connected

Hello,

I currently have a problem with my install of ubuntu 19.04 with my Dell D6000 dock. If I have the dock plugged in and try to boot, the OS does not boot and drops me to a maintenance shell. I can then hit ctrl+d to boot and all is well however no external display. I have uninstalled the drivers and tried booting with the dock connected and everything is fine (still no external displays but I expect that). I have updated my OS to the latest version, BIOS and firmware of the dock as well. I have run the DL support tool and the output is attached.
