Windows 10 and Audio

So I am running Windows 10 build 10240, Surface Pro 3 and the Targus ACP70USZ and I am running DisplayLink 7.9 RC. However I cant get the Audio to work on external speakers. When I go to Sound Setup I select Targus USB Audio as default Device but the sound still comes out the speakers in my SP3. Plus when I do a Test is says Failed to play test tone.

I have a similiar issue with a Toshiba Z20T and a toshiba dynadock U3.

Audio works fine until I undock the tablet. When it gets reconnected the dynadock audio doesn't work and the test in playback devices fails. It appears that a reboot is required to get the audio working again.
