About to return 7" display

Recently bought a Lilliput 7" display, it works fine most of the time however every so often it drops the USB connection, all 3 of my screens go black and the 7" display dumps whatever was on it onto desktop. I have 3 120hz monitors and two HD6970 in crossfire.

I have tried USB2/3 and also a USB hub, also tried plugging directly into USB2 even though the cable is very short. Nothing changes. Using the latest displaylink and AMD drivers. Cannot use it as I use it for gaming but it has dropped the connection during normal desktop usage. I do a lot of sim racing and some flight simulation, this problem is quite common it seems and I can only assume it's driver related, regardless I need to return my display as there is no guarantee it will be fixed.

Just seen the sticky, can this be moved to windows board please, I'm on windows 7.
