Unable to install Display Link Graphics v7.9 on Windows 10

Hi,

I just upgraded to Windows 10 and all the updates have been installed. I'm trying to install Display Link v7.9 and keep getting this error even thought the system compatibility check passes. I see there is another post regarding this issue in which OP was somehow able to resolve the issue but I've not been so lucky. I'm stuck here contemplating on if I should go back to Windows 8.1 since I can't use my second monitor.

Is Display Link aware of this? Is this is something that more people are experiencing? Are you guys working on a new software update or does anybody have any idea how to make this work?

All help will be greatly appreciated.
