Default Turn off monitor option missing in Win 10

I have installed version 7.9.296.0 on Windows 10 RTM (build 10240), all works fine except the Turn off option for the monitor is missing.

Any ideas?

Edit: Ok, I found a solution to this -> right click the desktop, select "Display settings" and from "Multiple displays" option you can select to show only one monitor (still, a longer way to the old method).

Edit 2: Or press Winkey+P, it's easier
