Default MacBook (Catalina/D6000 dock) only recognising one out of three extended displays

I am using a 2019 13”MacBook Pro running MacOS Catalina 10.15.7

I have 3 displays connected to the laptop via a DELL D6000 dock.

1 x DELL U4320Q connected with a HDMI cable
1 x DELL U2722D connected with a DisplayPort cable
1 x DELL U2722D connected with a DisplayPort cable

I have downloaded and installed the DisplayLink Manager Graphics Connectivity driver for MacOS (release 1.5).

I want to use the three displays as extended monitors in addition to my MacBooks built in display.

All three additional monitors are receiving a signal / picture, but the MacBook is only recognizing one extended monitor.

As such each of the monitors are showing the same extended display image (they are mirrors of each other as the same extended display) rather than each acting as individual extended displays.

In the Displays setting section of my MacBook’s System Preferences it also only shows as there being just one additional display (in extended desktop mode), it’s not seeing all three.

Any suggestions of how to fix this please would be greatly appreciated.

I'm having a similar issue. I just upgraded to the M2 Macbook air and when I connect to the D6000 Dell dock (which I use for work with a Dell laptop), it only connects to the 2 display port screens - it doesn't recognize the HDMI screen.

I've updated the DisplayLink software but no change.

Would love to get a fix for this!

Thanks in advance,
Rob
