DisplayLinkManager.exe Crashes

Today, i downloaded the iPad App, and the windows host software.
I installed both, set my password, rebooted windows XP.
My iPad sees my host, i touch its name, enter the correct password, iPad does nice flipover to Black,then seconds later i get a popup in windows saying DisplayLinkManager.exe has encountered a serious error and must exit.

In the windows application log i see the following:
Application Error Category 100, Event 1000, Error...

Code:

Faulting application DisplayLinkManager.exe, version 5.6.29519.0, faulting module DisplayLinkManager.exe, version 5.6.29519.0, fault address 0x000a1447.

What information do you require to diagnose this crash.
Very repeatable!

I have downloaded the debug tool and run that - hopefully get some traction with resolution
