Default Windows 8.1 Fuzzy Full screen

I am only having issues with with a Run stuff in Full screen mode. It could be WOW or Youtube or anything

Number of Monitors Connected: 2
Graphics: Intel(R) HD Graphics Family (Intel Corporation)
Graphics Driver: 10.18.10.3496 Dated 2014/03/11
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M (NVIDIA)
Graphics Driver: 9.18.13.3523 Dated 2014/03/04
WEI Base Score is 5.9, CPU 7.4, RAM 7.6, GPU 5.9, Gaming 6.5, Disk 5.9
Displaylink Software: 7.5 M2

Everything is at latest driver and firmware just updated everything.
What is wired is that it comes and goes in and out.

Hi,

Sorry for the delay in responding.

It could be because you have "Optimize for Video" enabled in the DisplayLink GUI (see attachment for an image of this). Try disabling this.
