Big Sur: Mac mini 2020 m1 - Alpha
I can see from the pinned note that 1.1 supports the intel device. I am currently getting no monitor detected. While I am able to view the monitor using the USB-C and the HDMI cable, there is no touch screen activity detected even after I enable the Screen Recording in privacy options.
Is there an Alpha version that you are testing? I'd prefer not to return the monitor (MB16AMT) if there is a software solution in testing. I've checked the website and downloaded the latest software for 1.1 but still no joy. I will attempt a reboot and then check back on the forum for an alternative suggestion. Hello,
Thank you for reaching out. You need DisplayLink drivers if you are connecting the device via USB-A - in other cases you are using Alt-mode. Touch screen options are very limited but not supported by DisplayLink, you have to contact the manufacturer for more details. Best regards, Katarzyna
