Problems with external monitor
hey,
i have Lenovo ThinkPad Yoga and i'm using Tagrus docking station. I did fresh install of Windows 10, and installed the latest driver version as recommended for Windows 10. I have external monitor connected using DVI connection. it works, but very often the image on the monitor just getting "stuck". sometimes it's blank white, sometimes its real image - but it just stuck. The only solution is disconnecting the USB, disconnecting the power cord , disconnecting the DVI, reconnecting the DVI, reconnecting power cord and reconnecting the USB 3.0 cable. Just disconnecting and reconnecting the screen doesn't work - the image still stuck. Attached debug logs. Thanks for your help. |

Hi,
Can you advise what model of Targus docking station you are using? Also can you check what the item number is? (The item number is listed on the base of the dock). Thanks, James |
