Default Intel 3rd Gen and GPU

Was this resolved? I purchased a USB-C dock, but having issues with it, so am considering purchasing a Dell D6000 dock, which utilizes Display Link. I have one on another PC, and in using the D6000, and disabling the integrated graphics in device manager, I still see Windows Driver Foundation - User-mode Driver Framework Host Process using a lot of CPU, and very little on the Nvidia GPU. Before I buy another dock D6000 for a 2nd PC, I want to check this.

OS Name Microsoft Windows 10 Pro
Version 10.0.18363 Build 18363
System Model Lenovo IdeaPad Y580
Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3610QM CPU @ 2.30GHz, 2301 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660M
