Default Problem when starting up - USB not seen

I am using the AnkerŪ USB 3.0 Dual Display Universal Docking Station with DVI/HDMI of up to 2048 x 1152, Audio, Gigabit Ethernet
Amazon ASIN: B00C631EYU

I am running an HP Envy dv7 laptop connected to two Samsung 23" monitors
DIsplay COntroller: NVIDA GeForce GT635M
Windows 8.1
your latest driver software 7.5 M0 6 Dec 2013

It works well except when the computer is turned on. The devices attached to the USB 2.0 ports (there are 4 of them) do not wake up. I can get everything working if I unplug the Anker and plug it back in or remove the USB 3.0 cable that connects the laptop to the Anker. This scrambles the desktop icons and does not always work.

Any help or ideas?

Here are what I think are the associated error logs

Hi,

This sounds like an issue with the USB hub on the dock.

I'd check with Anker to see if they have a firmware update for the hub in their dock.

Thanks,
James
