Stopped working

After many months of working great, suddenly, my Lilliput USB monitor starts up, waits a few seconds, then locks. After a few seconds, it goes with a black screen while DisplayLink shows a spinning graphic. "DisplayLink Manager" is grayed out.

When I tried to install a new driver, it got confused about which directory to use. Apparently I have a failed installation getting in the way. At any rate, I can't use my USB monitor at all. Any ideas?

Please download the Windows DisplayLink debug tool from the website
below, then gather the system information and upload the zip file. This
would give us more information as to what is wrong.
