Does not install on Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit

We will need more information to be able to tell as to what is wrong.

Please download the Windows DisplayLink debug tool from the website
below, then gather the system information and send the zip file to us.

We may also need to take a look at installer logs. Please enable installer logging in the support tool then reinstall, gather logs again and send us the zip file.

I'd recommend sending the logs directly to us rather than here on the forum so your system info won't be exposed to other forum users. To do so, please go to:
