Lenovo USB 3.0 Disconnect/Reconnect Sounds

Hello,
Not sure where to post this but I have run the debug tool form DisplayLink and it collected logs of the problem I am having.

Basically, everything works with my Lenovo Dock...I have a separate Targus fan cooler dock thing that my laptop sits on and my Logitech unifying receiver plugged into my Lenovo USB 3.0 Dock. I also have a Mini USB cable that I use to charge devices plugged in.

The dock is connected to my laptop (Lenovo X1 Carbon) and as soon as it is connected, my computer makes the "device connected" noise and then it immediately makes the "device disconnected" noise. It continues to make these noises until I disconnect the dock from my computer.

I'm running Windows 8.1 Preview and I believe I had this problem before while using Windows 8 Pro. It just got so unbearable now that I'm posting here.

I have the debugging logs stored on my desktop but don't know if I should post it here. Maybe a PM would be more appropriate?
