Default Did somebody gave MST (using USB-C DP) a try instead of waiting for Linux support?

I found out, that my new Ryzen-Notebook is equipped with a USB-C DP connector, so i gonna give a try for a so called MST Docking-Station instead of waiting for a Linux support from Display Link that may of may not come in future.

I read, that there is no need for any driver and i could drive my 3 4K monitors out of the box. Did anybody try this solution?

This might be a solution for any owner of newer notebooks
