I am running v7.5 on Windows 8.1 Enterprise with an AOC USB monitor and it will work for a little while then begins to disconnect/connect repeatedly until I unplug the monitor. I've been through all of the troubleshooting steps and nothing seems to resolve the problem. I've attached the ZIP file generated by the support tool.

This can be due to a lack of power from the USB port. Is it connected directly to the PC? and the PC is not on battery?

It is a Dell Precision M4800 and the monitor is directly connected. I doubt it is a power issue as it occurs even when I have the extra power only USB connector on the monitor connected.

The logs show that the monitor is connecting/disconnecting from the USB bus so this is something with the hardware rather than a driver issue.
Are you using the USB cable that came with the display? Failing that I would contact AOC. Thanks Wim |
