Monitor Blank with TekRepublic (TUA-300)
How often does the issue occur: The issue is always occurring.
How do you invoke the issue: The issue occurs when the monitor is connected through the TUA-300 Was the issue present in older versions of DisplayLink software: The issue is present with 7.7 and 7.8 How are you connected to the DisplayLink device? Directly or through a USB hub: From monitor to PC; VGA > DVI > HDMI > tua-300 > USB 3 The issue I am having is the monitor is not showing any picture and staying in standby mode after setting up the TUA-300. I have run through all of the troubleshooting articles that are relevant to my issue. The Displaylink USB device has been installed correctly, updated to version 7.8. My Nvidia drivers are up to date. I've tested the monitor directly through my PC and it is functioning properly. I've tested all USB ports on my pc. I am able to move windows to and even change the connected monitor to my main monitor, there is just no picture. Thankyou |
