Black screen with sound when attempting to watch live video

This solution worked for me. I've been trying to figure it out since I upgraded to Ventura and set up a new Targus dock.

Disabling Hardware Acceleration only works for me on Google Chrome but not Firefox.
Streamed video content is now displaying Google Chrome.
I can live with this for the moment.
