Default HIS Multi View Sound USB 3.0 Display Adapter

Hi all!

I am trying to connect a second screen to my pc, i want to use the extend screen. I performed the installation as requested and plugged the device into the USB 3 connection. But i am unable to produce any picture on the second screen, I am also unable to use the displaylink software. It is running in the background as a service, and everything looks fine in regards to the debugging list. The adapter is listed in the device manager, so it should be recognize by the computer. I do not get the system tray icon displayed either.

I would appreciate if you come with a solution for this problem.

How can I attach a debugging files to here from my file?

Thanks in advance

I have the same problem -- latest update made the display audio driver not working. I have restarted, reinstalled it, etc, to no avail.

I tried to run your diagnostic tool. The first step worked nicely but the tool crashed in the second step because of the wrong subscripts (programming error on your part, I would believe).

Hi,

When you reply please select "Manage Attachments" from the "Additional Options" section below.

From there select Upload and navigate to the output of the tool.

Thanks,
James
