Second External Monitor shows as "no monitor" and has wrong resolution

Hi There,

Can Anybody help me. I am using a MBP 2018 w/ intel chip and a HP elite USB-C Dock as well as the Display Link Manager 1.6.1 Software. I want to connect 2 external monitors to the Dock. (Acer K242HQL and Hannsg HE247) The Acer Monitor is connected via HDMI and the Hannsg via DP to DVI cable (DP on Dock). The Hannsg Monitor gets detected as "no monitor" in Display Settings and I can't change the resolution. The only resolution I can pick is 640*480. (The monitor is 1080p)

Can someday help me how I can change the resolution ?
