Default Screens freeze using Dell XPS13, Windows 8.1

The XPS is connected using the right USB with the supplied cables. I have two monitors connected and several times during the day they both freeze. The laptop still functions and I need to disconnect the USB and reconnect to get them working again. Dump attached.

Hi,

Does this happen on all USB ports on your notebook?

Thanks,
James

I have changed to the other USB port ( on the left) and will keep you posted.
