Need help!

Hello!

I bought this app today but i have a problem the first time i tested it. It recognized my computer but now when i try again its dont find the computer. And on my computer are not the system tray visible and i cant get it up i have tested displaylink's tutorial but its doesent work. Please help me!
I dont want to give my 1.99 dollars for nothing.

Ps: Sorry for my bad english.

Hi kerex132,

There is an FAQ in our knowledgebase which explains how to restore the missing DisplayLink icon in the system tray. As for the PC name not appearing on the iPad, are both devices on the same Wi-Fi? Could you try disabling a Windows Firewall and see if that makes any difference?

I am running displaylink on a Pandaboard ES with Ubuntu 12.04.

I don't know how to rotate the screen on Portrait mode
