I would like you to continue working on this, that is what I was told would happen. Since we have this thread going here it only makes sense right? Can whoever took it send the log to you?

I most likely would have if posted here. My colleague has 10 more years experience than me in this... so I truthfully don't think you are losing out.

Ok, I just followed the instruction in your signature link that said to email the logs to that different address. Thanks for your assistance over the past day.
