Question Ultrawide monitor resolution problem in latest DisplayLink driver

I use a 32:9 ultrawide monitor with a native resolution of 5120x1440 connected to a D6000 dock via DisplayPort at 60Hz.

This setup worked for years until today when I updated my DisplayLink drivers to the latest (version 11.3 M0 from March 4 2024). After the update, the highest resolution I could select in Windows was 3840x1080.

I downgraded the driver back to the oldest version that has Windows 11 support (version 10.1 M2 from September 2021), and after that was once again able to use the 5120x1440 resolution.

Is this a bug that was introduced in the driver?

Given your description, I would suggest reporting the issue to DisplayLink directly by following the process outlined here --> https://support.displaylink.com/know...to-displaylink
