Default No 3rd monitor shown

Hello, please excuse my english.
My problem is the third monitor is not shown to "select or adjust".

Windows XP 32

I have been through the debugging description.
Everything ends up correctly, all services are available and the USB device is found,.... but i can`t see the third monitor.

Unknown device is shown multiple times and every startup a new "unknown device" added.

Please help me.

Greetings

Kalle

If the adapter is appearing as "Unknown Device" it is not being recognised by Windows. Unless the device is appearing under "USB Display adapters" in Device manager, it will not correctly operate.

I think may problem is the software,
it always asks me to restart the computer directly after rebooting.
I used the newest version of the download section.

I cant see any icon or whatever of the software.

The third monitor is shown in the settings, nevertheless i canīt scale it above 1024 x 768.

Furtheron the monitor does not work.

Please help me

Kalle

I think the problem is shown above. For some reason Windows is not able to install our graphics driver properly. Could you post all the log files for this, as it may give more information as to why the DisplayLink graphics driver has failed to install.

Thanks
