Default Windows 10 version 1607 Dell D1000 Dock Freezing

We have recently been putting out Dell Latitude E5570 laptops to our company with Windows 10 version 1607. Additionally, we have chosen Dell's D1000 dock as our docking solution. We typically have two monitors connected with a variety of USBs, auxiliary input, and Ethernet.
We've been seeing an increased number of crashes that we believe are related to the dock. The screens will freeze completely and the wired connection will drop. If the user opens their laptop, they can still move the mouse and open windows like they normally would. Simply unplugging and replugging the dock USB will reset the display and Ethernet connection. Attached are the logs from one of our affected users.
