Default Intel HD 530 with hp3005pr is not compatible

Displaylink version 7.9 is not compatible with newer graphic cards. Getting "The installed version of Displaylink USB Graphics software does not support this graphics cards, which uses a newer version of the Windows Display Driver Model". Any solution?

Thanks

Hello,

7.9 is compatible with your docking station, your computer and Windows 7.

Windows has not associated the driver properly in the Device Manager or the device was not connected when you collected the logs.
I would recommend you disconnect the hardware, use our end user cleaner, reboot, install 7.9 M5 I just put online, reboot again.

Kind regards,
Alban
