Default USB 3.0 DL device on USB 2.0 port on Mac

Hi!

I've recently bought Inno3D Vext 3XD-DVI, that uses DL technology (and yes, it's in compatibility list).
I'm using late 2011 MBP with 2xUSB2.0 ports.

So I have a problem that this device is not recognized by OS X 10.8.3 using latest 2.0 drivers.

In System Logs I see those lines:

25.04.13 16:09:00,000 kernel[0]: USBF: 3. 59 [0xffffff80116fa000] The IOUSBFamily is having trouble enumerating a USB device that has been plugged in. It will keep retrying. (Port 2 of Hub at 0x4100000)

25.04.13 16:09:01,000 kernel[0]: USBF: 6.287 [0xffffff80116fa000] The IOUSBFamily was not able to enumerate a device.

I think that problem could be that I'm trying to use USB 3.0 device with old USB 2.0 ports. But it's said, that Vext is compatible with USB 2.0...

How can I get it to work?
Is it a problem with DL drivers? Or is it a problem with USB on MBP?

Any suggestions?
