Default Incompatible display driver

Hi,

I have dual monitors for my desktop (Win7 32-bit). My primary monitor is plugged into my PC, while my 2nd monitor is attached to a MyGica UShow US165 which then plugs via USB into my PC. I have sent a message to them as well, but not sure they are still around as no one answers their phone and their website has info from 2011.

The error message I receive is "Incompatible display driver. DisplayLink USB Graphics software is not compatible with this graphics card or operating system.

I downloaded and installed the latest version (7.1), however it says that its not compatible.

Any other suggestions to get this to work?
Thanks.

Thanks,
