Targus ACP70EU only usb hub?

Guys,

Was running windows 10 TP with my targus acp70eu without problems. Now I reinstalled Windows 10 (build 9841) - after that my targus is only a usb hub.

what i already tried:

*installes alpha2 (which are the newest, displaylink.org offers two versions after doing some research, i tried both)

*rebootet, reconnected, deinstalled the software, deinstalled drivers with display-link-tool

*tried to update usb 3.0 device drivers (windows update, seems to be running)

*i never get a gigabit-ethernet connecten or my two dell dvi displays to work, all other usb types are running great.

WHEN i start a FIRMWAREupgrade OR a DIAGNOSTICS i always get "device not conntected"

WHEN i do a dcdiag i get WDDM 1.3 drivers listed, intel hd grapics 4000, also tried to install the 8.1 grapics drivers especially.

Whats possible is to use everything as usb hub, nothing more. is my device damaged?

tried a second usb 3.0 tablet with win8, the same.

reply would have been great but what to say about support...

already bought a new one, not targus but wootoo. targus declined any further assistance.

Hi Onestone,
Have you seen http://targusblog.com/2015/01/16/tar...em-51-defects/ . Note, Windows 10 is not validated...yet.
