Default Intel Card no longer sees 3rd Monitor, but Windows 10 does!

(Displaylink Plugable UGA-165)
Everything has been working fine for my 3 monitor setup (Acer R7 laptop and 2 Viewsonic monitors) for many months. Suddenly, my 3rd monitor went black. HOWEVER, Windows 10 still recognizes it and I can still drag things over to it (I just can't see them).

WHEN ALL THREE ARE CONNECTED:
Monitor #1 (laptop display) is fine. Monitor #2 (HDMI connection) is fine. Monitor #3 (USB with Displaylink) is black (but present according to Windows 10 and device manager.) Also, the Intel Graphics Card will not recognize Monitor #3 (only 2 monitors showing).

WHEN I DISCONNECT ONLY MONITOR #2 (HDMI):
THEN ONLY Monitor #3 WORKS (no #1 or #2)! When I Left-Click on Monitor #3 (meaning #2 is disconnected and #1 is now black), it does not give me an option for Intel Graphics Properties (only Windows 10).

WHEN I DISCONNECT ONLY MONITOR #3 (USB with Displaylink):
Then I get Montior #1 and #2 without a problem.

The Intel HD Family graphics card refuses to give me a 3 monitor option.

Again, 2 weeks ago all three worked with no problem. I have updated all the drivers and even tried going to an older version of the Intel HD driver.

Help!
