Default DisplayLink graphics stopped working

I've been using my DisplayLink hub for about 3 months now - HP Spectre running Windows 10, AOC display on the HDMI 4K port, AOC display on the HDMI 2K port. This morning I suddenly got a message that the USB device had malfunctioned, now I can only get the 4K HDMI port to work, and that only works if there's nothing plugged into the 2K port. I've tried restarting both the laptop and the DisplayLink, but that hasn't helped. I reinstalled the DisplayLink USB Graphics software, but that didn't help either. Is there a way to reset the hub itself?

Thanks,
Harry

Hi

What dock do you have? It sounds like the hardware is now faulty and I'd check that the DisplayLink chip is still appearing on the USB bus. The dock is reset when you unplug the power. There is no other reset or persistent configuration to be removed from the dock.
