Default can't connect my macbook air m1 with 2 monitors

I have two monitors connected to m1 mac

I bought this product because that's what is advertice.

I download the app, app runs and it detect the two monitors

I use the macbook with the lid down, so one monitor is the main one and the other one extends, but the second monitor dies and I get a black screen.

I am really frustrated because it is a lot of money for me and I can't get it work

do you guys do remote support and check, otherwise will need to return this.

thanks in advance
