Default MacBook Pro 13 M1 - no display working with v1.3

Hi,

I have a Dell D6000 dock and have plugged in a Dell U2718Q monitor via Display port, and a new MacBook Pro 13 M1 connected to the dock. The monitor is not detected at all and does not function. I installed the latest v1.3 DisplayLink Software. I am on Big Sur v 11.2.3.

I'm not sure why I can't get a working display at all? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out!

To diagnose the problem we will need more information from the computer itself.
Please follow the steps in the following link to gather logfiles: https://support.displaylink.com/know...to-displaylink

You can post them here later on or email them to technical-enquiries@synaptics.com.

Best regards,
Katarzyna

Default Mines not working either

Big Sur 11.2.3
Macbook Pro 16" 2019

Screens are completely black and not responding. This is common everytime there is a mac update. I was forced to update due to another piece of software.

Can displaylink please resolve this issue as fast as possible?

Thanks
