Default Dell D3100 - Dual monitors randomly dropping in and out

DLSupportTool_Output_2019-02-15T16:02:46.472473.zip

Hi there. I've had this issue for as long as I've had my Dell D3100. It works fine with Windows machines, but on my Ubuntu OS, every so often one of the monitors will just go blank. It then may or may not come back minutes or hours later. When it does, the following is thrown to dmesg

Code:
[ 803.574602] evdi: [D] evdi_painter_disconnect:612 (dev=1) Disconnected from 000000007fa73123

This has happened with all versions of the DisplayLink drivers that I've used. Any help would be greatly received!
