Default Bus 001 Device 008: ID 13cf:1200 Wisair Ltd. Olidata Wireless Multimedia Adapter

Hi, I got an old outdated vianect Air Tv, which operates with chips from wisair.

I'm not sure, how to get it to work on ubuntu 18.04 LTS, or if that even isn't possible at all.

Code:
floogy@ubuntu-SSD1:~$ lsmod |egrep 'hwa_|video|hci|usb|hid|i915'
hwa_hc 20480 0
wusb_wa 45056 1 hwa_hc
hwa_rc 16384 0
wusbcore 45056 2 hwa_hc,wusb_wa
uwb 73728 3 hwa_hc,wusbcore,hwa_rc
mac_hid 16384 0
hid_generic 16384 0
usbhid 53248 0
hid 118784 2 usbhid,hid_generic
usb_storage 69632 1 uas
i915 1617920 54
i2c_algo_bit 16384 1 i915
drm_kms_helper 172032 1 i915
ahci 40960 3
drm 401408 17 drm_kms_helper,i915

There seems to run no service for displaylink (should there run a service?)

A displaylink screen does not appear.
