Default DisplayLink on Fedora 31

Hello,
I am using the following installation of DisplayLink:

https://github.com/displaylink-rpm/displaylink-rpm

From dmesg, it looks like the driver correctly identifies the display when connected via USB, however, the display simply has "Please Wait" on it. I do not see the display when I execute:

xrandr --listproviders

Nor is it visible if I go into Display Settings. As the DisplayLink logs appear to be "encrypted", I am not sure where else to look. I pulled down the DL Support Tool and ran it to gather the data and I am attaching it here hoping someone could point me in the right direction.

Thanks!
