DisplayLink drivers
Is it possible—via DisplayLink drivers—to utilize the quad-display capability w/ a MacBook Pro M3 Pro?
EDIT: the UD22 not the WD22 to further clarify: w/ DisplayLink drivers installed, will it be possible to support 2-4 external monitors as extended displays w/ a MacBook Pro M3 Pro? Last edited by jennifergilmore; 07-04-2024 at 03:30 AM. |

Hello,
Yes, but you don't need a Pro, this also works on a Macbook Air. Thanks, Alban

Actually, DisplayLink drivers can help get around some limitations by letting you connect extra monitors through USB, which is a great way to add more screens. I’ve noticed they’re constantly improving with compatibility and efficiency, and DisplayLink has been a real lifesaver for adding displays, even on a MacBook Air, super handy if you need more screen space for multitasking.
If you’re someone who juggles a lot of communication while multitasking, this tool might also come in handy for keeping track of email follow-ups. Last edited by MrSmith; 10-30-2024 at 06:08 PM. |
